Dr. Sara Poldmae is a leading expert in integrative women’s medicine, with over 20 years of experience supporting women through perimenopause and midlife with strength, clarity and vitality. As a Doctor of Acupuncture, Functional Medicine practitioner, and Menopause Society Certified Practitioner (MSCP), she blends ancient healing traditions, advanced diagnostics, and mind-body practices to deliver care that is both deeply restorative and powerfully effective.

Monique Willingham is a board-certified Nurse Practitioner with over 18 years of experience in women’s health and a clinical focus on bio-identical hormone therapy, integrative medicine, and whole-person wellness. I have been going to Monique for 8 months. I started with B12 injections with Monique wanting more energy due to my sleepless night. It helped some, but while talking to Monique more she thought it would be best to do a medical visit. Come to find out I had no hormones! Even though for the last 5 years I have spoken to my medical providers, and they told me I was too young at the time to be going through any menopausal symptoms. What is included in the monthly fee?
The membership fee includes 1 provider visit per month, unlimited access to your care team, extended appointment times, and personalized wellness plans. It ensures priority scheduling, direct communication via text and email, and ongoing assessments for optimization of care.
Can I use medical insurance?
RenewHer is self-pay and we do not accept insurance. You may check with your insurance provider to see if this qualifies to use your HSA/FSA funds, but we do not work with insurance in any capacity for Functional Medicine services.
Does the membership fee include the cost of medication or HRT?
No. The membership fee does not include medications, supplements, specialized lab tests, or other treatments. These may be billed separately or through insurance. With your membership, you will receive substantial discounts on supplements, some other treatments, and wholesale pricing on advanced specialty testing.
Are treatments like massage or acupuncture included?
Based on your individual wellness plan, your provider may recommend additional integrative treatments such as massage and acupuncture. These treatments are offered at Meadow Hill Wellness, but are billed separately.
Why RenewHer vs a traditional practice?
Our membership model provides personalized, uninterrupted, high-touch preventative care, allowing for extended consultation times and direct access to your providers. It fosters proactive wellness and longevity, rather than reactive symptom management.
How do I communicate with my care team?
Members enjoy unlimited access to providers via text, email, and monthly scheduled visits. Additionally, your wellness coordinator is available to answer questions and provide guidance when needed.
Is there a payment plan available?
Yes. We currently offer a monthly payment option. If you're interested in a different payment schedule or plan, please contact us at concierge@meadowhillwellness.com and we are happy to work with you.
How do I schedule appointments?
We recommend you schedule your next appointment at the end of each visit to maintain consistency. Members may also reach out to our wellness coordinator for assistance in scheduling.
